Timothy Taylor’s Brewery has renewed its sponsorship of the Craven & District Cricket League for the 2026 season, continuing its support for grassroots sport and local communities.
The extension marks a third consecutive year of backing for the Keighley-based brewer, reinforcing its commitment to clubs and players across the region.
League secretary Peter Forster welcomed the continued partnership, saying the brewery’s support plays an important role in helping to recognise and celebrate teams and participants throughout the league.
Timothy Taylor’s said the partnership reflects a shared focus on strengthening community spirit through grassroots cricket, both on and off the pitch.
Both the brewery and the league also support Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice, which provides palliative care for families across Airedale, Wharfedale, Craven and north Bradford, further linking the partnership to wider community impact.
The renewed sponsorship highlights the broader contribution pubs and brewers make to grassroots sport. According to PubAid’s Pubs Power Community Sport report, the sector contributes millions of pounds annually to local sport through sponsorship, fundraising and in-kind support, helping sustain teams, facilities and participation nationwide.
Timothy Taylor’s said it is looking forward to another successful season for the league and the communities it serves.
